Inside the Art of a Smooth Hit

One of the first things I learned about a bong (besides how to hit it without literally throwing up)  was the importance of a smooth hit. I’ve tried dropping in a few ice cubes in the water – a practice I’ve since learned is much safer than a traditional ice catcher – and even gone as far as to fill it with peppermint tea (really could not recommend this less). The most reliable method to improve your airflow and delightfully intoxicate without irritating your throat, though, is a percolator.
